Mac users who have MacOS 10.14 (Mojave) with Dark Mode enabled may think their AdBlock app is broken when they see this:

In Safari, the AdBlock menu is empty with Dark Mode enabled

AdBlock isn't broken. The menu items are there and they work. They are just difficult to see because our new app doesn't play well with Dark Mode yet. We plan to fix this in an upcoming release.

Workarounds: Turn off Dark Mode or use the AdBlock app

In the meantime, if you need to pause or resume blocking ads and you can't see the menu items, turn off Dark Mode. If you are trying to do anything else, use the AdBlock app.

To turn Dark Mode on or off, open System Preferences > General and select the Dark or Light setting. You can also give this app a try. (As the article states, the app has not been approved by Apple. Use at your own risk.)
