If you cancel your subscription to AdBlock Premium, we will refund your payment in full if you ask for it within 60 days of the purchase date. 


To request a refund, email us at help-premium@getadblock.com. Put "refund request" in the subject line. Please include the Order ID or Subscription ID from the receipt we emailed you.


If you no longer have your receipt, please provide the following information in your request:

  • The email address associated with your PayPal or credit card account
  • The payment date
  • The payment amount
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, the last four digits of your card number 


Allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


You can cancel your subscription at any time. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund.


AdBlock Premium will revert to the free version, with basic features only. This may take up to 24 hours after your subscription is canceled.


If you change your mind, you can upgrade to the paid version again at any time. Just click the AdBlock button in the browser toolbar and select Unlock Premium Features.
