Email us at help-premium@getadblock.com and tell us you want to cancel your subscription. Please include the Order ID or Subscription ID from the receipt we emailed you. If you no longer have your receipt, please give us the email address associated with the credit card or PayPal account you used to pay for AdBlock Premium.


You don't need to give a reason. We would love to know why you want to cancel, however. There may be something we can do to help make right whatever isn't working for you. If you prefer not to say, we won't press you.


In your email, please also tell us whether you want a refund of your payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You have 60 days to request a refund.


AdBlock Premium will revert to the free version, with basic features only. This may take up to 24 hours after your subscription is canceled.
