A couple of broken filters in EasyList this week caused YouTube videos and the Facebook Messenger website not to load. YouTube videos displayed an error such as "Please try again later." The Messenger website page was completely blank.


Both issues are now fixed. Please manually update your filter lists and restart your browser to apply the corrections.


To manually update your filter lists:

  1. Click the AdBlock button on the browser toolbar and select Options.
  2. On the FILTER LISTS tab, click update now.
  3. Restart your browser.


If you use a different ad blocker, look for a similar feature on its options or settings page.
