AdBlock for Edge is not shown in Chinese after Windows 10 Creators Update

Update May 1, 2017:

AdBlock for Microsoft Edge 1.12 includes Microsoft's suggested workaround for the Chinese localization bug (see below). Users whose Windows system language is set to Chinese should now see AdBlock properly in Chinese as well.

Note: If you prefer to see AdBlock in English although your Windows system language is set to Chinese, you can override the Windows system language and change AdBlock's user interface language in your Windows settings.

The Windows 10 Creators Update released April 11, 2017, has an issue that is preventing AdBlock's Chinese localization to appear. Microsoft is working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, they have suggested a workaround. We plan to release an update to AdBlock for Microsoft Edge that incorporates the workaround later this week.
