In the past few days, Yahoo Mail users have begun reporting that they are unable to access their mailboxes if they have an ad blocker installed. Instead, they see this message:
Un-oh... We are unable to display Yahoo Mail. Please disable Ad Blocker to continue using Yahoo Mail.
According to a Yahoo spokesperson:
"At Yahoo, we are continually developing and testing new product experiences. This is a test we’re running for a small number of Yahoo Mail users in the U.S.”
So there you have it. We're sure it won't be long before the filter lists release an update that gets around Yahoo's latest anti-ad-blocking attempt.
