Desktop computers

  1. Click the AdBlock button in your browser toolbar and select Options.
  2. Click the SUPPORT tab.
  3. In the third sentence under "Found a bug?" click the word here. A box opens with some text inside it.
  4. Click inside the box. Press Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+C to copy all the text to your clipboard. If you're on a Mac, substitute Cmd for Ctrl.
  5. Paste the text in the body of an email to help@getadblock.com or in a reply to our request for AdBlock's debugging information.


If you haven't already done so, please also give us:

  • a screenshot of the ads or the issue you're reporting
  • a link to a page where it's happening

Send us the following information in the body of an email to help@getadblock.com or in a reply to our request for AdBlock's debugging information:

  • What version of AdBlock you have (found on the app info page in your device settings)
  • Your device model (found in "About device" in your device settings)
  • Which version of Android is running on it (found in "About device" in your device settings)
  • Your browser and the version number (found on the app info page in your device settings)


If you haven't already done so, please also give us:

  • a screenshot of the ads or the issue you're reporting
  • a link to a page where it's happening

iOS devices (iPhone, iPad)

Send us the following information in the body of an email to help@getadblock.com or in a reply to our request for AdBlock's debugging information:

  • The date your filter lists were last updated (open the AdBlock app)
  • What version of AdBlock you have (in the AdBlock app, select Settings > About)
  • Your device model (found in Settings > About)
  • Which version of iOS is running on it (found in Settings > About) (this is also the Safari version number)

  • a link to a page where it's happening
