Upgrading to Windows 10 breaks AdBlock in Chrome

If this is happening to you:

  • You've just upgraded your computer from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
  • You're suddenly seeing ads all over the place.
  • The AdBlock button is inactive. When clicked, it looks pressed but not released, there are no tool tips when hovering over it, and there's no dialog or other response to the click.

Reinstall AdBlock and you should be all set!
