Would pay handsomely for a custom filter to block a Face and a Name

I would like to be able to block content that includes certain words (a Name), as well as to upload a photo, and then have face-recognition block any photos including that person.

A fun feature could also be to choose a blocking graphic over the face, such as a Pumpkin, an Orangutan or the "Poop" emoticon.
