Even though this suggestion is old, I would absolutely love this! I made an account just to suggest something like this, but with YouTuber's you've belled. Would love either of these!

By the way, we did add the original suggestion (automatically whitelist YouTube channels you're subscribed to) to our Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers. :)
